1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform legally and respectfully. You must not misuse the services, attempt to access systems without authorization, interfere with other users, or share course materials in a way that violates our licenses or the rights of creators.

Prohibited conduct includes: distributing downloaded videos or PDFs outside the platform, reposting lessons publicly, scraping content, or using the service to transmit malicious code.

2. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment partners) to charge your selected method for the listed price and any applicable taxes.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the purchased course content has been completed. We may request information needed to verify eligibility (for example, the account email and order identifier).

If you start a subscription, it renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing; access remains available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, lesson text, project files, brand assets, and the platform itself, is owned by EditCascade Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your access is a personal, limited, non-transferable license for individual use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from course materials unless we provide explicit written permission.

4. Disclaimers

The platform provides educational content only. While we aim for accuracy and high quality, we do not guarantee that content is error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific purpose.

Results vary based on individual effort, experience, time commitment, and external factors. We do not promise specific financial or professional outcomes.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the latest version.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the platform interface or via the email address associated with your account.
